2017

2017 — Vision Born in California

Founder Xin began his journey in Asia's thriving electronics ecosystem, gaining extensive experience in second-hand electronics markets, component recovery, and global resale operations. Recognizing the growing demand for sustainable IT solutions in the U.S. market, he relocated to California and founded Semsotai with a mission to make IT asset recovery more secure, transparent, and profitable for businesses.

2018-2023 — Rapid Growth & Market Expansion

From small local manufacturers to school districts and eventually Fortune 500 companies, we steadily earned client trust through our secure processes, value-maximizing approach, and operational capacity. 2024 — East Coast Expansion

With many data centers located near the East Coast, we opened our Maryland facility to better serve clients across the region. This strategic location reduces logistics costs and increases processing efficiency for customers throughout the eastern United States.

2026 & Beyond

New warehousing is underway, driving our mission to build a comprehensive global network for responsible IT lifecycle management.
